Refried Beans

Recipe

2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, sliced into rings
1 large can 3 bean mix (600 g or 700 g)
1 tomato, diced
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Fry onions in oil until soft and glazed. Add tomato and cook for 5 mins. Add drained beans, coriander and vinegar, heat through thoroughly and serve.
