Apple Cider Vinegar from Bilpin
Wirraninna Ridge Apple Cider Vinegar is made using traditional methods using only Bilpin apples that would otherwise become ‘food waste’. Our family business is now in its second generation, having been making Apple Cider Vinegar since 1986. We have a small, commercial operation using a wooden press, saving the juice from each apple season, allowing the juice to ferment slowly, without adding any artificial yeast. We are currently selling our 2012 press/ vintage.
